Another week, another round of stuff to burn a hole in your wallet. We have some interesting goodies as well as a demo to wet your appetite. Let's see what we've got for this week.

I do love taking things apart. It was interesting to see how the pump functions. I encourage people to try incorporating one into your next project!
Need to dispense a specific amount of liquid, but don't want the liquid contaminated with a nasty old pump? Why not try the Bartendro, an Arduino-controller peristaltic pump? You can talk to it with a simple serial interface to precisely dispense 1mL at a time.
If you have a Beaglebone Black, you might be interested in the Proto Cape for working on your next design. This cape gives you access to all gpio available on the BeagleBone Black. There are also two red LED’s available for user applications. The included EEPROM lets the user prototype cape description files, which are used by the BeagleBoard Foundation to register boards.
The MiniGen Signal Generator is a small shield for the Arduino Pro Mini that is capable of generating sine, square, or triangle waves at up to 3MHz, and approximately 1Vp-p. Though the MiniGen is technically a shield it can, in fact, operate as a stand-alone board capable of the the same functionality as it would if it were placed on top of a Pro Mini.
Everyone needs jumper wires. But sometimes when you're using a bunch of them you wish they could be a bit more tidy. We now have connected jumper wires which are grouped together to make connecting several wires at once a bit cleaner. We have them grouped with 20 cables, 6" long, and in female to female, male to male, and male to female. They can also easily be pulled apart to make whatever configuration (less than 20) that you need.
This week we also have a few production leftovers that might interest you. The first one is some ATMega2561s. These were used on our Wiring board, but we had a few extra that we don't need.
The ADNS2620 is an easy to use entry level, small form factor optical mouse sensor. This little guy is used to implement a non-mechanical tracking engine for computer mice this allows for more compact and cost-effective optical mouse designs. This was used in our optical mouse evaluation board and can be good for tracking movement on flat surfaces.
