This week, we have a ton of new products to get through, but we start with the brand new SparkFun Timing GNSS Breakout - mosaic-T, a compact, ultra-low power, multi-band, multi-constellation, high-precision GNSS timing receiver that can achieve a timing precision of 5ns (5 billionths of a second)! Introducing the SparkFun mosaic-T Timing GNSS Breakout! At the heart of our Timing GNSS Breakout is Septentrio's mosaic-T, a compact, ultra-low power, multi-band, multi-constellation, high-precision GNSS timing receiver. It can achieve a timing precision of 5ns (5 billionths of a second), or better than 1ns with an optional subscription to the Fugro AtomiChron® L-band timing service. Event accuracy is better than 20ns. It also features Septentrio's unique AIM+ technology for interference mitigation and anti-spoofing, ensuring best-in-class reliability and accuracy.
The MyoWare® 2 Muscle Sensor Development Kit is an Arduino-compatible, all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor kit that provides you with all the boards from the MyoWare 2 ecosystem to test out different configurations for your application. Depending on your configuration, you can visualize the muscles in action using the MyoWare 2 LED Shield or read the analog output with an Arduino-compatible microcontroller. Simply snap on a MyoWare 2 Shield, add some EMG sensor pads, attach the sensor to a muscle group, and flex!
The MyoWare® 2 Muscle Sensor Basic Kit is our second Arduino-compatible, all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor kit this week that provides you with the bare minimum from the MyoWare 2 ecosystem to get started measuring and visualizing muscle activity. Simply snap on the MyoWare 2 LED Shield, add some EMG sensor pads, attach the sensor to a muscle group, and flex! The kit also includes a mini screwdriver for easy removal of shields, a USB A to C cable for recharging the 40mAh LiPo battery, and a MyoWare 2 Reference Cable to connect to large muscle groups.
The MyoWare® 2 Muscle Sensor Wireless Kit is our final new Arduino-compatible, all-in-one electromyography (EMG) sensor kit that provides everything you need from the MyoWare 2 ecosystem to test out wireless configurations for your application. The MyoWare® 2 Wireless Shield is designed to receive readings from the MyoWare 2 Muscle Sensor and wirelessly transmit sensor data with the included ESP32-WROOM. This shield also includes a built-in LiPo battery to power the muscle sensor and the ESP32 module remotely. The Wireless Shield is equipped with snap connectors and low-profile pogo pins on the board, allowing you to easily stack it on top of the MyoWare 2 Muscle Sensor. Simply select a Power Source and flip the power switch to the ON position to give the sensor all the power it needs to work its myoelectric magic.
The Raspberry Pi 5 Desktop Kit includes the essential peripherals and accessories for setting up a Raspberry Pi 5-based desktop system—Raspberry Pi 5 board not included. Designed for users who already have a Raspberry Pi 5, this bundle provides the official components needed to complete a functional desktop setup.
The Raspberry Pi 45W USB-C Power Supply provides a reliable and efficient source of power for a wide range of USB-C devices, including Raspberry Pi boards and third-party hardware. It supports USB Power Delivery (PD) with output profiles of 5.1V/5.0A, 9V/5.0A, 12V/3.75A, 15V/3.0A, and 20V/2.25A, making it suitable for devices with varying power requirements. The supply accepts 100–240V AC input at 50/60Hz and includes a 1.5-meter 17AWG USB-C output cable.
This is a USB 2.0 Type C cable with a flexible silicon outer coating at 1 meter or 0.5 meter in length. USB Type-C Connectors and Cable Assemblies offer greater PCB savings while enabling high-frequency mating in data, consumer, and other I/O applications.
This is a Clipped Sine Wave Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO). It features a 1.8V supply voltage and comes in a 1.6 x 1.2mm surface mount package. It offers a ±1.50PPM frequency tolerance and operates over a wide temperature range of up to -30°C ~ +85°C.
