Hello everyone and welcome back to another lovely Friday Product Post here at SparkFun Electronics! This week, we introduce you to your next ideal workbench tool, the Ideal Diode Breakout. This little powerhouse minimizes voltage drop & leakage for reliable hot-swapping on four separate channels. Following that, we have new UHF RFID Tags and two SMD LEDs, products that may seem like commodities, but are ones that we're sure you'll appreciate. Without further ado, let's take a closer look at these new products!

Keep your project powered up during power supply hot swaps with the SparkFun Ideal Diode Breakout. This compact breakout board features four channels and ground connections, providing reliable one-way voltage control. Ideal diodes minimize forward voltage drop, internal power dissipation, and reverse DC leakage current, making them perfect for dynamic power selection and switchover, over-voltage protection, and projects requiring stable power input.
These paper-thin adhesive tags work with our Simultaneous RFID Reader and can be stuck to practically anything you can imagine. The tags can read and be written to --- and also have a kill feature. Each tag comes with a TID (Truly Unique ID) that can't be changed, but there's plenty of memory for you to write and read from.
These are basic blue and yellow surface mounted LEDs. These are the same LEDs used on our RedBoard line of products and many more SparkFun originals.
