Don't forget to sign up for the IOIO development class!
First, we need to announce the winners of yesterday's caption contest. Like I said, there are two winners this month - congratulations to c2squared (caption: "digitalWrite(5, HIGH);) and Member #205855 (caption: "Sadly, Music Bot's requests for shoulder repair continued to be misinterpreted."). Keep an eye on your inboxes!

Today's post is a reminder of an upcoming class - Android Development with IOIO. This class centers around the IOIO (pronounced yo-yo) board and will teach you how to integrate your Android-based device into your next embedded electronics project. Androids can do everything these days. They are powerful, feature-rich personal computers that fit in your pocket or bag. The IOIO gives you the ability to harness this power in new ways.
There are still plenty of spots available in both classes. One takes place on June 30, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 pm. and the next will be on July 1, both at SparkFun HQ. In addition to the usual crew of SFE teachers, Ytai Ben-Tsvi will be in attendance as a guest instructor. Check out the class listing over at learn.sparkfun.com for more details and to sign up. Hope to see you there!
